Assisted investigation process
1、Mail an assisted investigation letter through the Express Mail Service of the court:

2、On-site handling
Two judges are required to investigate and collect evidence. Please bring your work permit, the execution certificate printed by the Supreme Court, and the original copy of investigation letter/investigation order. If you carry a copy of the work permit, it will help improve efficiency.
2) The lawyer brings the investigation order to handle:
The lawyer appointed by the court must bring the original investigation letter/investigation order, original and copy of the lawyer's card to investigate and evidence collection. The results of the investigation are generally mailed directly to the host judge.

Notices of Investigation Letter/ Investigation Order
(1) Please indicate the document number and reason for the case; the effective contact address and information of the host judge in the investigation letter/ investigation order
(2) Indicate the account and demand to be inquired
If the account is a shop, please provide the nickname/shopkeeper name of the Want Want shop (that is, the unique identification code of the shop), not just the shop decoration name.
(3) Indicate the period of investigation and evidence collection
(Support for investigation and evidence collection in the past three years at most)
(4) If you inquire about the sales status of a certain product in the store, please provide the product ID
